Out into the clear on turning for home, she finished on very strongly to score a strong debut victory. Summer Glen showed very good pace from her wide barrier (9) but could not cross, racing three wide on the lead. She was nursed into the lead at the top of the straight but could not withstand the strong finish of the winner on her outside.
