Could we see Snoop at The Valley?
Superstar rapper Snoop Dogg could be making an appearance at Moonee Valley this Friday night.
That is the mail received by SENTrack & RSN’s Gareth Hall ahead of the Manikato Stakes meeting which takes place on AFL Grand Final eve.
Snoop will perform at the MCG as the headline act for the pre-game entertainment of the Geelong v Brisbane Grand Final.
But the night before there’s a strong chance he rocks up at The Valley.
“The mail is, and I’ve got a couple of good sources who told me yesterday, that Snoop Dogg might be arriving at The Valley,” Hall said on SEN’s Fireball.
“Just before he heads to the AFL Grand Final at the MCG.
“That’s the mail. They’ve got to confirm this, Moonee Valley. I think they might have to talk to a few people on the board.
Can’t wait to get to the Valley Friday night.

Pride of Jenni is back taking on Treasurethe Moment & Tom Kitten@mcacajamez & Lady Shenandoah take on the Vics in the Moir.
But my mail is that the biggest superstar might be off the track sippin on Gin & Juice. #GiddyUp
“Once that’s been given the tick, I reckon it might be a strong chance that we see Snoop Dogg at The Valley on Friday night.
“They’ll pack out this joint, it would be unbelievable.
“Some of the biggest stars in racing will be here for the Group 1 Manikato. Pride Of Jenni makes her return in the Feehan Stakes against Treasurethe Moment who is one of the biggest stars in the sport.
“It would be something else if Snoop Dogg arrived here on Friday night.”
Hall later revealed that it seems like the Moonee Valley board has signed off on Snoop Dogg’s appearance, and now they are just waiting on the rapper's management to confirm.
“It looks like it has been all ticked off, we are just waiting to hear it get confirmed now by Snoop Dogg’s camp," Hall told SENTrack and RSN's Giddy Up.
“If that happens, he will be at Moonee Valley on a Friday night and that will be something else!
"I don’t think Moonee Valley would have ever seen anything like it before.
“It will be great for racing.”
