RACE 1 - JURA VAUDOIS (12) gave backers a bold sight on debut at Balaklava but raced greenly in the lane and was captured late by a fast finisher. Hopefully they look to roll forward again on the mare to give her the best chance to break through. TOP OF THE RIDGE (7) showed good tactical speed on debut but couldn't go on with it over the concluding stages. Is sure to have come on with that run under his belt. Has enough dash to offset the wide alley and should be in this for a long way. VALIEVA (14) returns. Has found the maiden win elusive but it certainly hasn't been without trying. Strips fitter for a handy Strathalbyn trial placing in readiness. Can measure right up. LADY OF SAVOY (13) also returns and makes her stable debut for the Clarken & O'Shea partnership. Has shown promising signs, placing in 6/9 starts. Certainly one to consider.

RACE 2 - HYSTERICAL LADY (9) only warmed to his task late on debut at Gawler but picked up strongly late to fill the frame. Likely to drift back again from the draw but is sure to be climbing over their backs at the business end. Similar story for URBANISE (14) who made good inroads late to the line behind a smart maiden winner. Has a horror draw but carries a feather on her back with the 2kg claimer engaged. Expect to see her launching. HOT STATEMENT (15) couldn't live up to market support on debut when only managing a midfield finish. From a sharp stable so is a likely improver, and Toeroek sticking adds confidence. Definitely worth another chance. Stablemate KIKORANGI (16) is also open to sharp improvement off a flat debut showing. Blinkers on first time could prove the trick.

RACE 3 - REINE OF NINE (7) was an eye-catcher first-up at here when rattling home to fill the frame. Is sure to have come on with that run under her belt and gets a key booking in Toeroek from a low draw. Plenty to like. SIOUX WARRIOR (1) was far from his best last start in a tougher race when finishing down the track but his form prior was good. Is yet to miss the frame over this track and trip from three attempts and is aided under the big weight with the 3kg claimer engaged. With a touch of luck from the wide alley he'll take some stopping. MY HARUCONI (4) has gone better than her form reads in her two runs back. Strips fitter third-up and has Neindorf sticking. Can give this a shake. VAMPIRE SLAYER (9) was denied narrowly of resuming a winner last start at Mildura. Tougher this time but is a likely improver worth including.

RACE 4 - HARLEY'N'ROSE (1) continues to leave himself with too much to do but is strong through the line. Will drift back again from the draw and hope they overdo it early for him to round them up over the longer trip. ROYAL VICTORY (6) got off the mark in barnstorming fashion last start at here. Winning hoop sticks and there's no reason he can't go on with it now. RIVOLI VIEW (4) also shed the maiden tag last when getting the bob at Gawler. Still open to further improvement at this point of the prep and is worth including.

RACE 5 - LADY SKYLLA (3) capitalised on some some solid efforts by taking out his maiden at the latest. Open to further improvement and is drawn well again. Can repeat the dose. MYRTLE CREEK (4) was an eye-catcher last start when rattling home into the frame at Strathalbyn. Drops back slightly in trip and is the one to watch for late. HUNTLEY LADY (1) has been freshened with a 39-day break and gets a key booking in Toeroek on a track she likes. Can improve sharply. PROBATE (6) finds it tough to notch up her second win but shoulders best figures that puts her right in the mix. Is aided at the weights with the 2kg claimer engaged. Don't dismiss lightly.

RACE 6 - FANTASTIC HOST (7) made very light work of his rivals last start in a similar grade. The rise in trip causes no concern and winning hoop in Nunes sticks. Big chance to make in two on the trot. SEAFARING (8) hasn't quite been at his best yet this campaign but is among the key chances if he can bring his A-game.LADY TUCAN (12) placed second last start at Clare and should be prominent. Can sneak into the finish at odds.

RACE 7 - OBI (4) was a strong winner in town two back at a nice. Never looked likely last start when settling a long way back but picked up strongly late to finish midfield. Ticking along nicely and gets aid under the big weight with the 2kg claimer engaged. Leading player. FAST BUBBLES (2) hasn't done a great deal wrong this prep as he builds a handy record. Was a nice maiden winner here three back, no reason he can't add a second now. SOUTHERN SHOOTER (5) arrived just in time to resume a winner at Gawler. Tougher this time but is open to further improvement and is draw softly. Don't overlook. MASTER AT ARMS (6) next best.
