RACE 1 - Tricky race to kick us off with a few of these facing the starter for the first time. Of the raced brigade DIBBA DOBBA (12) has hit the top-five in all nine starts to date and is yet to put in a poor one. Has placed three from four around this circuit and looks the one they all have to run down. RIPPER SHANK (14) resumes here for the new stable but showed enough when last in work to warrant consideration in a race like this. Respect while fresh. FIFTH MAJOR (2) is on debut but hails from a handy yard and any market confidence must be noted. KABUKICHO (9) draws the inside alley and is another betting watch.

RACE 2 - DIANA'S AFFAIR (4) just ran into one better at Ipswich last time out but has a handy record around this circuit with two wins and three placings from eight outings. Orman sticks in the saddle and should be right there when the judge calls a halt. CHASING JACKLEY (3) was well-found at Kilcoy last time out and where there's smoke there's fire. Looms as the main danger in this contest. SINGER SARGENT (2) was a touch disappointing last start but the form prior was full of merit. Worth another chance. KIND WISH (5) has been racing in tougher grade in town and should appreciate the drop back in company here. In the mix on best form. RAGING POLE (1) has placed over this track and trip and may earn some minor money.

RACE 3 - FLY FIFER (3) has been knocking on the door of a maiden victory with two consecutive runner-up finishes and strikes a very winnable contest. Doesn't need to improve much to be shedding the maiden tag here. RHUVAAL (2) has placed two from four overall and will be at peak fitness for this. Should be hitting the line with gusto. OUR ESPRIT (5) strips fitter third-up from the spell and looks a must for the exotics players. LET'SSHOWEM (4) rounds out the selections from the inside alley.

RACE 4 - WHAT A WEEKEND (3) is a consistent commodity who has hit the top-four in six of his past seven starts and has a win and a placing from two attempts at the trip. Gets the services of Orman in the saddle and should be going very close. JUKEBOX IN SIBERIA (7) will be rock-hard fit for this and must be respected from the astute barn. Has the class to feature in the outcome. SCRIPT WRITER (4) goes well for Wilson-Taylor who has a win and three placings from just six steers. Top-three candidate. COOL ENCOUNTER (2) has placed three from three over this course and distance and cannot be discounted. JUBAI PRIDE (5) best of the rest.

RACE 5 - LIMERO (2) has been racing in a rich vein of form this campaign with a win and three placings from four outings. Has placed over this course and distance and gets gun hoop Orman back in the stirrups. Rates the testing material. A LOT OF BOOTY (3) doesn't win out of turn but has placed six of seven over this distance range and gets in well at the weights with the 3kg claim. Has won second-up before and looks a serious danger. MARTEDI (4) resumes here but has revved up for this with a recent trial and can run a race while fresh. Former Victorian MAMBO DANCER (6) is having her first run for the new stable and any market support must be noted.

RACE 6 - Former Godolphin galloper SHAKO (3) is an honest commodity who is yet to miss the top-four in six career outings. Should find this easier than his NSW contests and must be respected from the Bruce camp. BEACHSIDE BABE (5) got a well-deserved victory at the latest effort and can go right on with the job now. Should give backers a sight. VIKING VALOUR (8) needs to turn his form around sharply but is capable and gets in well after the claim.

RACE 7 - STEP ALONG (6) has placed two from three over this course and distance and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley. Better suited on top of the ground and shapes as one of the hardest to beat. CRYPTIC PRISM (13) broke the maiden status at Rocky on debut before being tipped out for time to furnish. Big watch in his return. DIVINE GEM (15) is usually thereabouts and comes right into calculations after scratchings.

RACE 8 - LUTON HOO (7) didn't measure up at the latest effort but the four runs prior were good enough to feature in a race like this. Gets 3kg weight relief from the inside marble and should be going very close. NATIVE BEAUTY (10) has hit a purple patch of form at the past three starts and deserves her shot in this company. Capable of playing a role in the outcome. NOTACLUEHOWORWHO (2) is a winner at this track and is another to get 3kg off. In the mix. TEE AMICI (5) best of the rest.
