RACE 1 - YOU KAY SQUEEZE (8) is resuming from a spell and would have strengthened up over her spell. She will ultimately want more ground than this but has not had a public trial and should be nice and fresh for this. The pole position will help her and she is capable of taking this out. VICTORY MELODY (5) showed a lot of speed when making her debut at Ipswich and was only caught late that day finishing second. She was given a freshen-up after a couple more average efforts and looked back to her best when winning a recent trial. She will be hard to beat from a handy gate. FLYING ASTERN (1) followed up some improving trial form with a solid run for second on debut at the Gold Coast on their poly track. He will be better for that experience and should be thereabouts again. TANGO SPIRIT (12) was dropped back to a sprint trip and finished second on the Gold Coast poly track 9 days ago and won't mind the extra 250 metres on offer this time. Watch for her late. Each-way value.

RACE 2 - VANGUARD LEGEND (5) got back early from a wide draw when resuming from a spell at Ipswich nearly 3 weeks ago and hit the line strongly, finishing third. He will be improved by that run and welcomes in form hoop Bailey Wheeler into the saddle. Hard to beat this time. ALPINE RAIDER (1) has been thereabouts in his last couple of starts and was close up behind the top pick in fourth place last time out. He has another handy draw and should go close to taking this out. HIGH CLASS ROLLER (3) showed a lot of courage to fight on and finish third when making his debut at Lismore and will be even better with the natural improvement that is expected second up. His stable is in form and he can figure in the finish again. AIMA SUN (6) has improved in each of her career starts to date on the Gold Coast poly track and is drawn perfectly in the pole position third up. She won't be in this class much longer.

RACE 3 - TURBULENT (4) changed stables after a couple of good runs as a gelding earlier in the year in Sydney and after a spell, he made a winning Queensland debut at the Sunshine Coast just over 3 weeks ago. That win was not unexpected as he had won a lead-up trial quite comfortably. He won't find this much harder and has the scope to work his way through the grades this prep. TOO HARD TO REFUSE (1) is dropping back in class from his recent assignments in the city at Doomben and he did win his only start on this track. A 4-kilo claim brings his top weight down to a more manageable level and with the advantage of the pole position, a form reversal is expected. MY PINS (3) stuck to his task gamely when finishing fourth fresh up at Ipswich and will be improved with that effort under her belt. She won her only start here over this trip and should be right in the finish this time. ATOMIC SELFIE (6) got back too far at Doomben last start from a wide gate and is worth another chance here. Each way.

RACE 4 - PRIVATE TENDER (2) has put together a couple of solid runs lately, including his last start at the Gold Coast on the poly track when finishing third. He slides down a grade and should make full use of the pole position early on. His next win is not far away. GREY EFFECTS (5) won his maiden fresh up and then was third here 2 starts back before finishing fifth as favourite at Lismore last time out. He is worth another chance in this even lineup. Follow your money. ARTEMAS (1) resumes today following a recent trial at Deagon, can figure in the finish. SIR BEVERIDGE (7) next best in the small field.

RACE 5 - LITTLE CHARMER (8) won fresh up for her new trainer Brooke Ainsworth who also does the riding on this mare. She made up some good late ground when finishing fourth at the Gold Coast last time out and will be suited by the step up to 1200 metres. She meets an even lineup and draws in close again. With the right run, she can have a say in the outcome of this race. AMNESIA (2) showed some potential when trained in Sydney and changed stables earlier in the year. She made a winning debut from the Kurt Goldman stable at Lismore 17 days ago and has the scope to go right on with the job. SHORE TO HAPPEN (12) did not round the race off as favourite at Ipswich last start and could have found 1350 metres a touch too far. She was building her fitness before that and is worth another chance over the shorter trip here. Follow your money. DUNTROON LASS (4) was prominent throughout over 1100m at Gatton last time, beaten narrowly into third. In the mix.

RACE 6 - VERMILION KIRIN (3) has made a promising start to his career with a couple of narrow defeats early on and then finishing fifth at Doomben last time out in a stronger field nearly 4 weeks ago. That sort of form is good enough to see him winning this, despite drawing a wide gate. MR TADASHI (2) was a beaten favourite on debut at Gatton, finishing fifth and just over a length from the winner. He is bred to improve as he steps up over more ground so the extra 250 metres here will be in his favour. Hard to beat this time. Follow your money. LIETUVA (4) still has a bit to learn after racing greenly throughout the run at Ipswich last time out. He did well to finish fourth that day and will relish the extra 300 metres on offer here. The blinkers going on for the first time will help him concentrate and he can get the job done. DULVERTON CHARM (6) was runner-up here 2 starts back before battling on well enough to hold fourth at Grafton last time out. He draws the pole position.

RACE 7 - EL ASTEROID (4) was building his form nicely before his last start effort for ninth at Ipswich 10 days ago where he was forced to work and make his run early from a wide draw. He finds himself in pole position this time and can bounce back immediately. Stick with him. Can win. YALLA (2) has shown improvement in her last couple of starts with a change to front-running tactics. She cops a wide draw here but drops in grade and gets some weight relief with a 4-kilo claim. She should give another good sight. CLUSTER'S REIN (3) stuck to his task gamely when third at Toowoomba last time out and he has won his only start on this course. With the right run from a handy draw, he can win this. EMBOLDEN (5) fitter for two runs from a spell but racing below best. Each-way hope here.
