The Chairman of the Melbourne Racing Club joined Michael Felgate in-studio on Wednesday to discuss a host of topics, including recent changes to the Spring Carnival program, this weekend's Mornington Cup, as well as a few plans the club has to make coming to the races as enjoyable as possible.
