JOY OF THE WORLD (8) nice return from the awkward gate when a gritty third over 1000m at this track. Shouldn't be a maiden for too long this prep.
RACE 2 - NORTHERN EAGLE (5) third up for this and no excuses in this company. Just under a month between runs when a disappointing fifth over 1300m at Goulburn. Assess on his good first-up fourth at Wyong. Expected to bounce back. STILL EXCITED (7) two career runs on the provincial circuit have been satisfactory and looks well placed today from the good gate. JULIET BRAVO (11) has an okay record over this track and trip and finally drawn a decent gate. Speared across from the wide gate when a tenacious second over 1300m at this track. Value prospect. JOLLY GOOD FELLOW (1) fitter now after resuming with a sound fifth over 1300m at Warwick Farm. Placed second up and has solid claims.

Gets in light again with the claim from an inside barrier. Can make it three straight. DAME ANNIE (8) lightly raced mare who resumed in good order with an eye-catching second over 900m at Muswellbrook. Will take a lot from that hitout and is capable of playing a leading role. ITSZARBABY (10) got off the mark at start seven with a surprise victory over 1000m at this track. Confidence is high now and she can go on with it.
RACE 4 - WILBURY (5) undefeated in two starts at this track and improvement is anticipated on the firmer surface. Far from disgraced when a game fifth over 1100m in the Town Plate at Wellington. Has the class to take care of this field. KATTEGAT (4) tough old gelding retaining his zest for racing. Will find this more to his liking after finishing seventh at Warwick Farm in BM72 class. Undefeated at this track and will appreciate the claim from the good gate. MAJOR TIME (6) worked hard from the wide gate and the early effort took its toll late when seventh over 1000m at Canberra in a TAB Fed Open last start. Assess on his good fourth two back over this trip. Improver. NEVER FAILS (8) much better effort second up when he launched late with the 61kg to run third over 1000m at Wagga. Tempo suits and will be strong late with the big drop in weight. The chances don't end there.
RACE 5 - Tough race with plenty of chances. SANTORINI SUN (12) gets nice weight relief today from the low gate after surging late when a close-up third over 1300m at Goulburn. Tempo suits and capable of finishing over the top of these. EXOTIC DANCER (11) Sydney-trained filly undefeated first up. Trip suits and can go on with it this prep after scoring a trial win over 795m at Warwick Farm. Top three player. PLENITUDE (4) third up here and will find this more to his liking after finishing fourth to Gallant Star over 1400m at Coonamble in the WRA Champs. Tongue-tie goes on and worth plenty of thought. RACE 6 - CROWN LEGEND (4) has an okay record over this track and trip and finds his race today. Put the writing on the wall last time out when a gritty third over 1400m at Coonamble with the 59kg. Can race a little closer today and prove hard to hold out. FEIMAZUO (5) trained locally and back in her right grade. Kept fresh when coming from well back in the field with an unlucky second over 1400m at this track on March 23. Fitter now and capable of going one better. THE MONA LISA (12) ran fast time when shedding her maiden status with a surprise 3.5 len win over 1300m at Goulburn. Looks up to this despite drawing out. Progressing well and worth following up. WRITTEN GOLD (1) improving gelding who comes out of a strong race after finishing fourth to Ghost Walker over 1300m at Goulburn two-and-a-half weeks ago. Comes here in peak form and carries the big weights well.
RACE 7 - TAJAWAL (7) improving gelding who comes here in peak condition. Stalked the good tempo when a narrow second as $1.55 fav over 2100m at Tamworth on a soft track. Drops sharply in weight today and no excuses from the low draw. Hard to beat. CAMPALDINO (3) tough on pace gelding from the Waterhouse & Bott yard who is placed to advantage here. Started hard in the market when a narrow second over 1800m at Randwick Kensington in BM78 grade. Genuine top three player. MAGNACE (10) Dubbo-trained gelding chasing his fourth straight win. Has an excellent record here after dropping in trip for a comfortable win over 1600m here on March 23. Proven this trip and goes close again. FLYING ARGENTO (16) massive jump in class and failed to get into the contest from the wide draw when sixteenth over 2400m in the G1 ATC Australian Derby at Randwick. Capable of turning it around quickly. The chances don't end there.

Back to his right grade today and expected to bounce back. ONE MORE THING (11) another who rises in trip after charging late from an awkward position on the turn when sixth over 1280m at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Can race a little closer today from the good draw. Has the figures to take this out. KING CORNELIUS (3) drops a couple of levels for this and proven at the mile. Returned from a let up with a poor last over 1600m at Canberra in BM75 class on March 9. Strips much fitter and adds value to the exotics.
