RACE 1 - The maiden stayers kick us off. BOLERO (5) is knocking on the door of a maiden victory placing in three of her past four starts and strikes a very winnable contest here. Gets in light with the 2kg claim and should be going very close to shedding the maiden tag against this lot. MR CROWNING MOMENT (3) brings NSW formlines to the table and must be respected from the Lees yard. Looms as the main danger. ICONIC MISS (8) is having her first run for the new stable but should find this easier than what she faced down south and any market confidence must be noted. DOWN UNDER STUNNAH (6) has shown improvement in both runs to date and will be ready for the step-up in trip now. In the mix. SHAMIELA (10) draws the inside marble from the Waller barn and rounds out the selections.

RACE 2 - OUT OF TURN (6) defied expectations when placing at Eagle Farm on debut and will have derived a stack of benefit from that day at the races. Brooker sticks in the saddle following that outing and doesn't need to improve much to be featuring prominently in the outcome. TEELG (9) just ran into one better here when facing the starter for the first time and drops back a furlong in this. A big run is anticipated. The well-related A TOUCH FROM FAYT (10) (half to G3 winner Wapiti) has been right there in both starts to date and should get across easily from gate four. Will give backers a sight. ABENDER (3) gets the reliable Gollan/Maloney combination and should be kept very safe.

RACE 3 - FAST FUN (11) went down by the narrowest of margins at Eagle Farm on debut and will have taken a lot from that race day experience. Drawn to get a gun run in transit from gate two and can go one better against this lot. TEELG (9) was well found when facing the starter for the first time and where there's smoke there's fire. Can feature with natural improvement. RUINS OF ROME (6) has placed around this circuit and will strip fitter second-up from the spell. Top-three candidate. BARBIELAND (10) showed ability here on debut and looks a genuine hope on that effort. ABENDER (1) next in line from the Gollan camp.

RACE 4 - The well-related EXPLOSIVE TYCOON (1) (half to G3 winner and G2 placed Col 'N' Lil) got the maiden out of the way at Doomben last time out and will have derived a stack of confidence from that breakthrough victory. Winning hoop Harley stays on board and can go back-to-back. Former Victorian FITZROY STREET (6) is having her first run for the new stable but has shown ability down south and has revved up for this with a recent trial. Keep very safe. SIRKEL (9) is still a maiden but has been right there in both career outings and strips fitter second-up from the break. In the mix. SAVANNAH GANGSTER (2) wasn't too far off them when resuming and will have come on with that run now in the locker. One for the exotics players. LIVALITTLE (4) saluted around this circuit when at the races for the first time and shouldn't be underestimated.

RACE 5 - MERCHANT FLYER (2) resumes here but the form he showed when last in work was more than good enough to feature in a race like this. Has two wins and two placings from five starts around this circuit and gets some weight relief with the 2kg claim. Rates the testing material. STRIKE THE HEART (14) has had a bit of a freshen up since breaking the maiden status and will sit up on speed from the favourable draw. Sure to make her presence felt. STAR ACT (6) is one from one over this course and distance and is another to get some weight off. Top-three credentials. KIND WISH (7) loves it here on her home circuit with three wins and a second from just four outings. Has to be included in calculations. CRACKENTHORPE (9) next in line in a cracking contest.

RACE 6 - AUTUMN MISS (6) is a consistent commodity who has hit the top-four in eight of her past nine starts and doesn't know how to put in a poor one. Will be rock-hard fit for this and only needs some luck navigating from the sticky draw to be featuring in the finish. SHABOOH SHALAA (10) shed the maiden tag last time out and will have derived a stack of confidence from that victory. Respect from the Vandyke yard. CENTRAL PARK (1) has won two of three here this preparation and draws low. Cannot be discounted. HILLCREST AVENUE (8) has won over this track and trip and may earn some minor money. ARCHER'S GAME (4) best of the rest with the 2kg claim.

RACE 7 - CARTWHEELS (2) was a touch disappointing last time out but go on the solid win over this course and distance when resuming. Drawn perfectly for winning hoop Beriman and strips fitter third-up from the spell. Can return to the winners' stall against this lot. Former Victorian PYROIS (3) got the job done over this track and trip in the first run for the new stable and may have turned the corner now. May go back-to-back. CRESSBROOK (8) resumes here but the form he showed before the spell was good enough to be competitive in a race like this. Worth plenty of thought while fresh. OBEROI PRINCESS (12) next in line from the inside alley.

RACE 8 - Former Victorian TREVENSON (2) is having his first run for the new stable but should find this easier than what he faced down south. Tuned up for this with a recent trial and any market support must be respected. BOLD AS BRASS (18) got the maiden out of the way last time out and can go right on with the job now. HERECOMESANTORINI (23) won two starts back at Kilcoy but couldn't back that up when unplaced over 1200m at this track last time. Capable of getting into the money. CRYPTIC SOUND (22) progressed nicely last time out when third over 1350m at Ipswich. In the mix again.
