RACE 1 - BLUE ROCKET (3) is knocking on the door of another victory having gone under by 0.5L in Saturday grade most recently. Faithfull has a good record aboard the filly and she's open to further improvement being lightly raced. Can sit close to the speed and go one better this time. ON THE MARK (1) has strung together four wins on end, sitting on the speed and running away to win by 1.2L. He's right up in the weights now, but there's no knock on his form and he should be on the speed again. He's the main danger. GOLD KEEPER (5) was just behind On The Mark last time out and meets that runner better at the weights today. He rates highly on that effort and if he can go on with the job, he'll be right in the finish. UNDER INFLUENCE (2) will find this a little easier than recent efforts and draws well today. Can put his best foot forward.

RACE 2 - ROSA CHAMPLAIN (12) disappointed last start over 1417m at this track, beaten 2.9L when the odds-on favourite. Now back to 1200m which looks to suit and she should get every chance from the barrier. Ready to peak now third-up and she can get the job done. EXTRA ZERO (6) has trialled well since his last start 74 days ago and has switched to the Spowart barn. He's raced at a higher level at the majority of his starts and been right up to the mark there. Gear comes off now and he can land the knockout blow. GOLD CHAIN (11) was good first-up for the new stable at this track, running on from the back to finish 0.3L off the winner. Drawn much better today and with the added fitness on hr side, she can sit closer in the run and make her presence felt. DEEP DISCRETION (8) has been around the mark this campaign and has to be included once again. ROCK DA HOOD (9) was too far back last time out but draws a better gate today. Can bounce back to form.

RACE 3 - GOD'S GRIN (13) stuck on well from her midfield position to end up 1.9L off the winner at Ascot on debut. This looks easier on paper and she'll be better for that run. The rise in trip looks up her alley and if she gets a touch of luck from the inside draw, she can shed the maiden tag. SHASHENO (9) is building nicely through the campaign, closing off well over this track and trip most recently. She maps to sit much closer this time around and that should be beneficial for her. Can put herself in the finish. BLATANT DISARRAY (7) has had a few spins now but hasn't been far away in recent efforts. The wide draw is a niggle, but with some luck she'll can make her presence felt. IL BELLO BEALS (1) has the speed to cross from out wide and can give a bold sight from the front third-up into the campaign. CATERAN (4) has gone close his past couple and warrants plenty of respect.

RACE 4 - BUBBLES IN RIO (7) will find this easier than his most recent effort where she was beaten 1.8L in midweek company at Ascot most recently. The wide draw hurts, but she can spear across from out wide and sit on the speed. At her peak now and can get the job done this time. EXPOROSE (12) ended up 2.9L off the winner at Ascot most recently in a BM44+ when favourite. She's been competitive in this grade previously and she looks to be building towards another win. Can go close. LIBERTY DAME (11) was only 2.1L off the winner most recently following a 0.8L defeat at this track and trip the start prior. She should get her chance from the inside draw and she has placed 3/4 at this track and trip. Won't be far away. KERMIT'S LUCK (2) comes into this off a freshen and has joined the Cowl stable. Form prior stacks up and he can be thereabouts. HILLSIDE HORACE (6) can improve with the blinkers going back on.

RACE 5 - DIVINE INANNA (2) disappointed over 1000m at Ascot last time out but this looks to suit her much better today. Her run two back over 1200m rates well and the inside draw is a big tick for her. She's a course and distance winner and she'll take catching from up on the speed. QUEEN TIFFANY (1) was too good last start at 1113m here last start when on the 7-day turnaround, winning by 1.8L. She's been around the mark at this track and trip previously and the map looks kind for her. She was the $1.55 favourite last start and it wouldn't surprise to see her repeat the dose. LUCKEE FLORAN (8) jumped a $4 chance and was simply too good in a CL2 here most recently, bolting in by 6 lengths. Suspect he'll be close to the speed from the wide alley and if he can run up to his recent figures, he'll make his presence felt. ENTICING (7) just missed two back before failing over 1400m last start. Back in trip suits and he can improve. JUSTHANDY (4) should get her chance and won't be far away.

RACE 6 - SOSO LUCKY (2) hasn't put one away so far this campaign but it's only a matter of time. She's only 8 starts into her career and there's improvement still to come. She's way back in grade today and Faithfull takes the ride from a good barrier. Can be the bride this time. COLLECTIVE (4) is hard to knock on recent form. She bumped into a smart one last start over the mile here when a $1.95 favourite. Back in trip now and while the wide draw is a niggle, she'll be storming home over the top of them late. MASTER ALEX (5) just missed last start as favourite when only 0.4L off the winner. He's been around the mark in recent efforts and he'll be finishing over the top of them late in the race. MIFF MUFFERED MOOF (8) comes through a handy form race last time out but drops back in distance today. Sure to be strong late. MOMBASA (1) was too good over the mile last start and can be in the mix.

RACE 7 - Time for the Cup now and MANAVENDRA (4) finally got up to a suitable trip last start and put his rivals away with ease at Albany. He's back in form now and the extra journey is no issue. Looks to get a nice run on the map and if he can improve again on his latest win, he can bring up back-to-back victories. ROYAL LAW (10) disappointed last start in Saturday grade, though his form prior was much better. Those figures have him right in the finish of this and he should make his own luck up on the pace. He'll be hard to run down. BUTTERFLYROCK (7) made it four on-end with a 2.3L demolition job over 2131m last time out in readiness for this as the $1.45 favourite. She's improved nicely throughout the campaign and she looks to get her chance. Can make her presence felt. SOWAR (2) is racing well without winning and looks to have found a suitable race today. TRUEVINSKY (11) is in the mix if he can run up to his latest effort in the Narrogin Cup.

RACE 8 - BLACK SANDS (3) was too good here two starts back before a good run back in trip most recently. Back up to the mile is a big tick and the wide draw doesn't hurt as he tends to get back anyway. Looks well placed in this event and he can return to winning form. MEXICAN QUEEN (9) found them a little quick over the shorter distance most recently and will be better suited back up to the mile today. She'll put herself on the speed from barrier one and she's been impressive in both runs over this trip. Nicely placed and can get back to winning ways without surprising. A LOT OF CLASS (5) was only 2L off the winner last start at this track and should be fitter for that effort. He's placed third-up in the past and Yuill's booking is a positive sign. Going well and can put his best foot forward. ONLY EYES FOR HIM (1) is likely to get well back in the run again but will be strong late in the race. CLEVER COMBAT (4) should be better right up in trip now and can be in the finish.
