RACE 1 - SON OF EUREKA (10) has found one better in past two runs when on speed and boxing on. Draws okay and close to a win. Good chance here. DESERT OPAL (5) hasn't been far away this prep and did race wide at Albury last time so ran well there. Draws ideally and with a claim so entitled to be in the finish. DEEBAA (13) is an interested first starter who looks to have trialled okay leading into this. Market a good guide so pay to keep safe. KING CZAR (15) and ABITSUSS (12) are among the each-way hopes.

RACE 2 - SHOWTIME KISTENA (10) has improved with each start and while beaten favourite last time at Cowora she's drawn well and should get every chance here. FOREMAN'S GULLY (1) has first run for the new stable and brings a couple of placings in Victoria into this. Has a handy draw and races on the pace so must respect. JESTBETRYIN' (4) has trialled quite nicely leading into a debut and should be kept safe. Any support an advantage. HOT TODDY (2) and IN THE NIC OF TIME (3) have to be considered.

RACE 3 - GREAT WEEK (5) is chasing four straight and gets in okay with the claim after fending them off at Cowra last time. Will be in this for a long way. ASHAU VALLEY (3) hasn't been too far away of late and was beaten in a blanket finish at Wangaratta. Sure to be competitive again. BURGUNDY GIRL (5) was outclassed in the Canberra Cup but this is a lot easier and she could easily bounce back to form. SAINT LOFT (9) and STAR FLYER (2) are worth considering.

RACE 4 - ARTHUR THE GREAT (5) ran a brave race when resuming in a Country Championships heat and can only be fitter for it. Will be on speed and hard to beat. KAHAWATY (6) has been going well of late and just failed here last time. Back to 1400m suits and is in the mix. FOX APPEAL (4) was outclassed at Caulfield last time but previous form solid and entitled to be forgiven. GUNDY GUY (2) and THE BIG SHORT (1) are worth including in the chances.

RACE 5 - HOLLERLOUD (1) led and was cut down in the last strides when resuming at Corowa. Did a great job there from a wide gate and from the better gate can be harder to beat. STAIRWAY (3) gets blinkers on and first run for new stable. Has run well to date and can't be overlooked. ROULLOTTIE (4) has been racing well of late and was close up at Corowa last time. Has a show. DITA VON (7) and SHEBRINGS BEAUTY (5) are worth including in the chances.

RACE 6 - BRIAL ROSE (8) did have her chance when resuming at Albury but tried hard when second and gets the blinkers on this time. Has the chance to go one better. DESTRUCTIVE DIVA (9) didn't have the best of luck when narrowly beaten in a similar race two weeks ago. Repeat effort has her right in the finish. DENSETSU (11) ran on nicely when resuming at Corowa and only win was second-up. Has the rails and sure to be around the mark. SANTASIA (10) and SMARTER THAN YOU (2) have claims in an open race.

RACE 7 - DAZE OFF (1) was close up in much stronger company when resuming at Wagga and draws ideally. Claim helps her cause and she should be competitive. STAR EMPIRE (8) sat handy for the first time in three starts and broke through in handy style at 1400m at this track. Could go on with it. JUST LIKE LIAM (2) was outclassed in a Country Championships heat second-up but fresh effort was handy. Entitled to another chance. WARPAINTED (3) and EAST HARLEM (7) are among the other hopes.

RACE 8 - ADVENTURE SEEKER (8) was quite impressive winning at Goulburn first-up as a very short priced favourite. Fitter for it and no surprise if she goes on with the good work. LUCY LULU (9) won nicely here at second start then up in distance when an unlucky fifth here two weeks ago. Entitled to another chance. SWEET PAREE (7) resumed with an even effort at 1000m at Albury. Fitter for it and drawn to get every chance to improve. SINGLE BEAT (11) and SPRITZY LASS (13) are last start winners with claims.
