RACE 1 - LET'S TALK (5) resumes today on the back of two nice trials coming in, winning the most recent at this track. The inside draw is a big tick as he'll be right there close to the speed. He showed good ability in his debut campaign and can go on with the job this time in work. ZING TO WIN (2) got a long way back after being slowly away and never got into the race, finishing 3.7L off the winner. His trial coming in was much better than he produced fresh, and he's a second-up winner in the past, so a return to his best is anticipated. COLOSSAL (3) sat back and got home strongly first-up over this course and distance, beaten just 0.4L. He's also a second-up winner in the past and the form out of his fresh effort has been solid. Likely to get back again but will be coming home with a wet sail. PIN DEEP (1) bounced back to his best last time out, beaten 0.4L in Saturday company. Back in grade here and will take beating. MILITARY POWER (4) went close last start and has claims once again.

RACE 2 - KING'S DRAMA (3) looks a nice horse on the way up but never got his chance last start when miles off them turning for home. He finished on gamely to be beaten 0.8L in a close finish, and he now stretches out to 1400m for the first time. Knocking on the door of a victory and gets another good chance today. YUWILL BE THE ONE (5) was close to breaking her maiden before tackling the Burgess Queen at Listed level to end last campaign. She has had quiet trial in readiness for today and she's shown plenty of class to begin her career. She appears the main danger. MAIN ACT (4) got the job done comfortably first-up at Ascot a fortnight ago, sitting close to the speed and running away to win by 1.4L. Wide draw this time hurts, but he rates highly off the fresh run and he won't be far away again. MASTERLY (1) can roll to the front and will prove tough to catch with Cooper's 3kg claim. MAKE DE FORTUNE (8) is a while between runs but she trialled well most recently. Can feature.

RACE 3 - SHE'S HOT (10) looks a smart filly on debut for the Dan Morton barn after hitting the line sweetly in her most recent trial. William Pike has been booked to ride in a positive sign and she's a full sister to the Group performed Fire Lane. Can make a winning start to her career. GOOD AS HELL (8) was slowly away on debut at Ascot in Saturday company, but she should be better for that effort. Chris Parnham remains in the saddle and his SP on debut suggests she is much better than we saw there. Can improve now and make her presence felt. GOLDEN OPERA (7) gets the blinkers on first time today after a disappointing effort most recently over 1000m in Saturday grade. She was back to 1000m there and the rise back up to 1200m is a big tick. Can improve sharply now. HEAVEN SPECIFIED (1) just missed on debut as a 60-1 chance and should give a bold sight from the front once again. MR KISSINGER (5) never featured on debut but looks open to improvement with the blinkers on.

RACE 4 - TRUE BLUE BONDI (8) makes his debut for the Simon Miller yard and has looked very good at the trials coming into this. Pike hasn't ridden him at the trials, but he lands in the saddle on debut in a positive push for his chances. Comes from a good family and can land the knockout blow. HIGHLAND FLAIR (1) was solid first-up at Bunbury, finishing only 0.5L off the winner over 1100m. He just missed over 1400m second-up last campaign and produced a strong rating in that effort. If he can improve as anticipated now, he'll put himself right in the finish again. WOLFMAN (3) didn't handle the wet tracks last campaign and can go close first-up and back onto a good deck. HIGHLY SPOKEN (4) won't be far away if he's up to the mark fresh.

RACE 5 - RISE TO GLORY (2) sat just off the speed and got the job done first-up over this trip at Ascot, winning by 0.5L. He was right up to his best there fresh and he can land in a handy spot once again from the draw. Should be fitter now and can get the job done again. CRYPTIC JOY (3) is on the quick turnaround after a 2.3L defeat last start after getting back in the run over this trip. Pike rides now and he draws a much better gate this time around. Can sit a touch closer this time and put his best foot forward. FAMOUS DAIN (5) comes into this first-up on the back of a nice trial at this track most recently. Parnham hops back in the saddle first-up and he's a fresh winner in the past. Likely to get back in the run but can be finishing strongly over the top. UUKHAI (6) should be in a good position from the barrier draw and is not to be discounted. BANKS AVENUE (1) should appreciate coming up in trip and can be right in the finish.

RACE 6 - LOMBADINA (2) was a brilliant winner fresh but couldn't repeat the dose last time out when beaten 0.9L after having every chance in the run. She should get into a handy position again this time for Fiore and she comes into this on the fresh side. Can bounce back to winning ways. PRINCESS IN RED (3) was sound first-up at Ascot when running on from midfield and she looks to get a good run in transit once more. Up slightly in trip this time which looks to suit and she should be right in the finish again. SO NATAYA (1) got the job done last start as an $11 chance at this trip at Ascot most recently. The winkers go on first time today and while she is likely to get back again, she can storm home late in the race. THREE GRAND (6) makes his WA debut today and brings good form across from Victoria. Can sit close to the speed and go close to winning. ENCHANTING SOUND (7) is building nicely this time in and won't be far away.

RACE 7 - Tricky race to end the day. BAMBUN BOY (1) sat on the speed and kicked away to win impressively over 1800m at Ascot a fortnight ago. He should be able to take up a prominent role once more and if he's able to dictate from the front again, he can bring up back-to-back victories. MR TALENTINO (2) disappointed last start over this course and distance most recently after winning here two starts ago. Happy to overlook his most recent effort and get back to his prior form. Noske knows him well and he can be right in the finish. LYRICAL ANGEL (4) steps back up to 2200m today and Fiore hops in the saddle for the first time. The blinkers come off now and she can take closer order from a softer draw today. Won't be far away. SMALL TOWN RUBY (8) will appreciate stepping up in trip once more and can play a role. ARROW SONG (12) was solid last start at Narrogin and can feature in the finish once more.
