RACE 1 - RORY'S REVENGE (1) resumed today without a trial, but he showed positive signs in his debut campaign. Noske was on board for his debut and hops back in the saddle again for his first-up effort. Looks to have good ability and can get the job done on resumption. MISTRESS OF WAR (4) was sound on resumption over 1200m at Bunbury, sticking on well to finish 3L off the winner. The rise in trip should suit her and she maps for a cosy run once more. Ticks a few boxes and is likely to be in the finish. CHIN CHIN (3) ran home strongly on debut after getting a long way back over 1400m at Pinjarra. The slight rise in trip is a tick, as well as the better gate he draws today. Brad Parnham rides now and if he can settle closer in the run, he'll be strong to the line. TWILIGHT TALE (8) is on debut for the Grantham stable out of the Oaks and Derby winning mare Dreamaway. This trip first-up should suit and CJP's booking suggests he's ready to go. SHAZAIR (7) is next best.

RACE 2 - UNGOVERNED (4) looks a nice horse on debut for the Dan and Ben Pearce stable and he looks to have found a very suitable race. Chris Parnham partnered him in his first trial and he hops back in the saddle for his debut today. Can make a winning start to his career. HELL'S CITI (1) hasn't been far away his past couple and looks to have found a nice race today. He gets the blinkers on for the first time and he has enough speed to offset the draw. Should be in the finish if he holds his form. ADDICTIVE DREAM (8) resumes today on the back of a couple of handy trials and she's a 3YO with plenty of upside. She comes across from NSW with solid country form and the blinkers come off now. CJP rides and she's sure to be thereabouts. FINALLY REEL (6) was very good on debut as a 40-1 pop and a repeat effort will see him thereabouts. NIGHT GUARDIAN (3) was good in his most recent trial and any market moves should be respected.

RACE 3 - AMAMUS (2) is on debut for Brad Parnham and Stephen Miller following some nice trials. He's only trialled once this time in work but he showed plenty of class there. He's a half-brother to three winners and he can get the job done at his first outing. INVINCIBLE THIEF (4) was sound on resumption and improved last start with a 1.3L defeat at this track and trip. She's been setting herself tough assignments of late, but she's third-up now from a good barrier and she can go close if she's able to sit closer. MISSISSIPPI DAWN (8) is a 3YO filly on debut and is the first foal out of Perth Cup winning mare Mississippi Delta. She'll be better over further, but this looks a good kick off point and CJP sticks from her latest trial. Can play a role on debut. MAVIS MYRTLE (5) can improve stepping back up to 1400m from a good barrier.

RACE 4 - SPANISH KAT (1) has been knocking on the door for a while now, going under narrowly on a number of occasions. He's somehow still a maiden, but getting back to this course and distance looks a key to his chances. He can lead, dictate and get the job done. BROWN MORN (2) was close when favourite over this track and trip last start when beaten 1.5L as favourite. He was on the 4 day back up there and should be at his peak fitness now. Brad Parnham rides now and he can make his presence felt. ULTIMATE DEEL (4) gets the blinkers on first time today following a 5.4L defeat at Ascot. He gets out to this trip for the first time, but it looks to suit and the booking of Chris Parnham is a big push for his chances. Looks set for improvement. PUSH TO PLAY (5) gets CJP in the saddle and a big rise in trip today. Worth keeping an eye on. DANEA ROCK (6) is best of the rest.

RACE 5 - SIDE SHOW (5) stepped up to the mile last start and never really got a chance, finishing well back. His efforts prior were very good, particularly over this trip two back. Steve Parnham rides now and he can get the job done from a better gate this time. SHOOT TO FAME (8) sat on the speed and proved too good in Maiden company on resumption at Bunbury. She was strong there and she steps straight up to 1400m now. CJP sticking is a positive sign and if she can build on the fresh win, she'll be hard to beat. TOURETTO (1) improved nicely second-up when closing strongly over this track and trip most recently. Cooper's 3kg claim comes in handy and he's still an improving type. Third-up now and can go one better without surprising. ONLY EYES FOR HIM (4) steps out in trip again now and Noske has a good record aboard this gelding. Worth including. SHASFA (7) has ratings good enough to feature and won't be far away.

RACE 6 - ANTIQUE STAR (7) is a nice mare who still has upside. She's looked good at the trials coming into this and Chris Parnham sticks after riding her in her latest trial. The inside draw suits and she was only narrowly beaten first-up last campaign. Can return on a winning note. JELLY CAN RUN (1) disappointed at Ascot last time out, but he was going around in a much tougher race. He's won 2/3 third-up in the past and getting out to 1400m is a big tick. May get back in the run but he can be finishing off strongly over the top. MY JIMMY (2) hasn't been at his best so far this campaign, but he's gone around in some strong races. He's switched stables since his latest run and drops back to 1400m off a 26-day break. Loves this trip and can start getting back to his best now. HIGH COMMISSION (9) bolted in at the trials recently and while he is 712-days off the scene, the stable won with a similar horse last week. CJP riding is a big tick. VILLAGE GIRL (6) is racing well and has to be included.

RACE 7 - HIT THE JACKPOT (3) has led and won in both runs this campaign and heads down the straight for the first time. He has enough speed to get to the outside fence from the barrier and if he continues on his current trajectory, he can extend his winning streak. GO GO GROMMET (1) just missed behind a smart one at this track and trip 45 days ago and has a little niggle since then. He'll need some luck from the draw, but if he can hold his form he'll be right in the finish. UUKHAI (4) has raced well here in the past and draws ideally for the straight course. He possesses some early speed and if he's ready to go first-up, he'll be thereabouts. MAGIC BELLE (6) is building a handy record here and she maps for a lovely run down the outside. Can feature in the finish again. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE (2) gets Chris Parnham in the saddle and has to be included.
