RACE 1 - DA GENERALS SON (5) looks a smart colt on debut for the David Harrison barn. He was brilliant in his recent trial, sitting just off the leaders before putting them away with ease. Maps for a lovely run in transit and he can make an immediate impact. BUNDABERG (3) pulled away to win a 400m heat at Lark Hill very impressively in the lead up to this and CJP remains in the saddle from that outing. Wouldn't surprise to see him back from the draw, but he looks a nice horse in the making, and it wouldn't surprise to see him come out on top. GIRLS ON FIRE (9) stuck on well on debut and now gets Chris Parnham in the saddle. Can be thereabouts once again. JUST WALTER JOHN (6) was good in a recent trial and won't be far away.

RACE 2 - ALASKAN (1) just missed over 1800m here a fortnight ago, beaten 0.3L and the step up in distance looks to suit. He maps for a great run and while he has been around the mark for a while now, this looks a very good race for him. Ticks plenty of boxes and can end his winning drought now. MYSTICAL MAN (5) got a long way back last time out and closed off well to be beaten 2.3L over 2100m. He draws a much better gate this time and the extra 100m won't be an issue. Racing well and should get his chance. LONG GENES (4) just missed by 1.6 over 1800m last week and is on the quick turnaround today. He shouldn't be too far away from the draw and if he can improve stepping back up in trip, he should be in the finish. STRIKING FELLA (6) gets CJP in the saddle now and steps up to this distance once again. He's a fit horse and the rise in trip looks to suit. STARATING (3) has placed at this track and trip previously and is worth thought.

RACE 3 - RED TORI (7) is better than she's shown her past couple but gets Brad Parnham back in the saddle today. She's likely to get back from the wide draw, but she brings good form into this event and she looks set to play a major role in the outcome of this event. EL PATRON (3) got the job done in an easier race a fortnight ago and drops back in trip slightly. He should be prominent from a favourable alley and while he does rise in weight, he'll be hard to run down. OUTSPOKEN LAD (1) gets CJP in the saddle now following a strong run in a BM70+ at Albany last time out. He has enough early speed to offset the barrier draw and he's been competitive in stronger races than this. Ticks plenty of boxes and should be in the finish if he holds his form. MISS VASARI (4) was a good winner in easier company last time out and she can go on with the job. FOREVER DREAMING (2) should appreciate the easier race today and won't be far away.

RACE 4 - ROCKING GEM (9) made it three in a row with an impressive all-the-way victory over this course and distance. This is a tougher race, but she looks a progressive mare and her figures are very strong for a race like this. Can work to the front and prove too strong once again. VALSASSINA (5) is looking to bring up the hat-trick following a 0.3L win over this track and trip 21 days ago. She's unbeaten at this course and distance and the form out of her last start has been solid. Maps for a lovely run and should be in the finish again. MISS FLIRTACIOUS (7) has been in some strong races of late and now gets Chris Parnham in the saddle. Can improve back in trip. LEXINGTON CITY (1) consistent type much improved by two runs back from a break. In the mix.

RACE 5 - HORCRUX (1) is a nice horse on the way up and steps out to this track and trip for just the second time. He's been tested in some strong company previously and the way he won over 1200m last start suggests this distance isn't an issue. Maps to find the front again and will be very hard to reel in. DEEL HER IN (9) was very impressive on debut at Pinjarra when running over the top to win by 1.9L. The splits backed up that effort and the extra journey is right up her alley. She has plenty of upside and it wouldn't surprise to see her go back-to-back. NOAHQUINTILLY (4) was a good winner in a similar race 21 days ago and the form out of the race has worked out well. Likely to get back from the draw, but she put up some good figures last start and she can go on with the job. TIMELESS GEM (5) felt the pinch late last start but will be fitter for that effort. Can improve.

RACE 6 - PROPHET AND POWER (1) was gunned down right on the post last start, beaten 0.2L over this track and trip. That ended his winning streak, but his form is very hard to knock and he makes his own luck up on the speed. Back in grade now, he draws well and he can go one better. BOLD HERO (7) looks a smart one on the way through, bolting in over 1400m first-up to win by two lengths. Up in trip doesn't appear an issue and he was a big winner second-up last campaign. He remains down in the weights and he can play a major role. ICEBERGS (9) drops plenty of weight today as he rises in grade following a couple of good efforts as favourite recently. He has enough speed to offset the sticky barrier and if he can run up to his recent efforts, he should be in the finish. OCEANZARA (10) is hard to knock on recent form and steps out in trip for just the second time today. Draws well and won't be far away. BAD WOLF (5) turned in a good effort last time out and has claims.

RACE 7 - PROFIT POCKET (8) may not have run out the extra journey last start when out to 1800m following a big win over this course and distance two back. Dropping back to the mile looks ideal and she looks to get every chance from the draw. Ticks plenty of boxes and she can bounce back to winning ways. YARRALEA (5) sat just off the speed and bolted in to score by 1.5L over 1400m last time out. Up to the mile now where she doesn't have a great record, but Chris Parnham sticks with her. Can go on with the job. SENSESSIONAL (2) was solid first-up over 1400m when running on from the back in a small field behind Yarralea. CJP rides again and he's won 2/3 third-up and he's won 4/6 at the mile. Live chance. THE SPRUIKER (9) was just 1.6L off the winner last time out and his form may be franked in the race prior to this. Maps well and won't be far away. GINGER GREEN (3) is racing well and won't be far away.

RACE 8 - The feature of the day now and ROCKIN' RUPERT (8) looks ready to win a race like this. He was strong late in the Miss Andretti and stepping out in trip should suit. He maps for a lovely run and if he can get back to his best form, he'll be very hard to run down. NORICH (7) may have found them too slick in the Summer Scorcher over 1000m and should appreciate stepping up in trip again. He can press on from the wide alley and if he's at his best, he'll take plenty of catching. MAN CRUSH (2) was too good in the Miss Andretti when winning by 1L. His record at the track and trip is a niggle, but he's racing in good form and Chris Parnham sticks. Has to be included on the back of his latest effort. TRIPLE JAY (4) resumes on Hottest 100 Day in a pleasant coincidence. He was brilliant through the Winter and he's trialled well coming in. Can pick up where he left off. TWAIN'S ANGEL (9) is knocking on the door and should be in the finish.

RACE 9 - MEMORY PARADE (11) finished off strongly late in the race last start as favourite and she steps out to this trip now third-up. Parnham remains in the saddle and she boasts a good record over this trip. She's a third-up winner in the past and she can land the knockout blow. OUR MATE ARCHIE (5) is a progressive horse on the way up, finishing over the top to score by 0.4L last time out. This is harder, but he rates highly on his recent effort and he continues to improve with every run. He's a third-up winner last campaign and the rise in trip looks to suit. He's the main danger. SURE NO SOMETHING (8) drops back to 1400m now where he ran a strong effort two back at Geraldton. He was good in this race last time out and CJP remains in the saddle. Can put himself in the finish. HENRY THE AVIATOR (3) is building nicely this time in work and can go one better without surprising. DONT WAIT FOR LUCK (6) should appreciate the rise in trip and won't be far away.
