RACE 1 - COMPLAISANCE (6) is a daughter of Pierata on debut for the Dale yard having shown ability at the trials. Well served by the inside draw and that gives her the chance to kick off with a win. SOON TO BLOOM (4) big market drifter on debut when a solid sixth over 1200m at Wagga on January 9. Looks to have trained on and drops further in weight for this. Expected to play a leading role. AKATARAWA (9) back in trip and attacked the line late when a most improved fourth over 1000m at Wagga. This looks easier and expect to see him race a little closer to the speed. Each way contender. ROULLOTTIE (3) has race fitness on her side and go on her gritty second two-back at Wagga when assessing her chances. Drops in weight and no shock to see her take this out.

RACE 2 - BOBOTOV (3) returned to form with a sharp on-pace victory over the 1300m at Wodonga two weeks ago. Jumps out to the mile for the first time and expected to take catching again. DOWNTOWN'S ABBEY (4) consistent mare due for a change of luck. Goes well this track and trip and expect to see her race much closer from the low gate. Best form is good enough to take this out on the back-up. BIG TIME CHARLIE (7) found form at his last two outings and drops is distance today. Down sharply in the weights and has fitness on his side. SAINT LOFT (8) at his peak for this and go on his narrow second over this track and trip three-back when assessing his chances. Back in class and gets his chance from the draw.

RACE 3 - TRIUMPHANT TONIC (7) is an improving gelding ready to win. Ranged up strongly from well back when a narrow second at Wodonga last time out. Set to peak here and can race a little closer out to the mile. Goes close. DIRECT SOUND (8) relished the jump in trip at second career run when an even third over the mile at Echuca. Comes out of a decent race and drops in weight from the good draw. Sure to be thereabouts. MAHAM (4) fitter after two runs back and much better performance with the 59.5kg when a narrow fourth at Wodonga. That form looks good enough for this and will appreciate the claim. Sticky gate the only obstacle. DEFYING (3) finally drawn a decent gate after finishing a close-up fifth from the outside gate at Wodonga on January 5. Backs-up quickly and gets the gun run.

RACE 4 - LIGHTNING LIZARD (3) looks close to shedding his maiden status after running an improved third over this trip at Wagga on January 3. Comes out of a solid race and ready to win. LUJA ATTITUDE (10) four-year-old mare by Wayed Zain out of Allelu on debut for the Sylvia Thompson stable. Won a recent trial over 900m at Corowa on January 15. Leading rider booked and stays in the mix. Fellow debutants PARTY BOSS (14) and LADY'S JOB IS DONE (9) both come off placings at the trials. They have each shown enough to be competitive on debut so should be kept safe.

RACE 5 - Strong race. LUNA JET (10) was kept safe in betting on debut when scoring in smart time over 1100m at Nowra on December 31. Only beat a small field on that occasion and looked to have more to give. Expected to go close again. HELLBERG (3) relished the drop from city class when a commanding 3.5 len winner over 1200m at Corowa last time out. Maps well again and expected to play a leading role. BOYFRIEND (1) further improved after two runs back and maps to get every chance from the inside draw. Carries the big weights well and the nasal strip goes on for this. TALUK (9) lightly raced Shalaa filly who brings the right figures here. Came out fast from the low draw and faded late over the 1300m at Wagga on January 3. Trip suits and worth another chance. SMUGGLER'S ANGEL (13) not far away in two runs back and should get the right tempo. Will drift back and launch late. Each way. The chances don't end there.

RACE 6 - MAID IN DUBAI (5) racing in career best form this time in and far from disgraced in stronger company when fourth over 1500m at Mornington on January 8. All three wins have come at this trip and has a fitness edge over most of these. Will take holding out. LORD FINLAND (6) flew the gates when leading throughout for a slick win over this trip at his second run back. Looks to have come back much stronger and can go on with it this campaign. URAFIKI (7) progressive mare who justified the heavy support when resuming for a comfortable victory over 1200m at Wagga Riverside. Ran fast time on that occasion and expected to get the trip with the claim. MONAGHAN'S BOY (17) only the one win from thirty starts but recent efforts have been satisfactory. Gets the 3kg claim again and goes into the exotics.

RACE 7 - KUROKAREN (19) got off the mark at Tumut two-back, then held on gamely when a fighting fourth over this trip at Wagga. Claim helps and gets her chance from the barrier. SHORESY (6) caught the eye late when returning from a lengthy break to secure fifth over 1000m at Wangaratta. Sure to be thereabouts despite drawing out again. KING OF THE BOUNTY (17) has been kept fresh for this and not that far away at his last three runs. Gets map favours and has solid each way prospects. ANTISOCIAL (11) is going well and could be close to a win.
