Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Muswellbrook, Wagga, and Pakenham.

MUSWELLBROOK: RACE 7 @ 4:20 PM

CODE IN TIME (1) holding his form well for the Neasham yard and can bounce back in this easier contest from the good gate. Worked hard with the 59.5kg when seventh over 1300m at Kembla Grange on June 4. Extra distance suits and will take plenty of stopping. MOSHT UP (13) tough old mare having race start number 121 here after returning to form with a fast-finishing nose second over 1200m at Wyong on June 6. Placed this trip and the inside gate with the claim is a bonus. BANGETTA (5) placed this track and trip and fitter after three runs back. Made up good ground late from well back when fifth over 1400m at Taree on May 27. Will be powering late. BORROWED LUCK (12) trained on the track and looks close to another victory. Senior rider on here and will need plenty of luck from the wide gate. Has the numbers to run into the placings.
SELECTIONS: Code In Time to win.

WAGGA: RACE 5 @ 2:50 PM

ADOLPHUS (5) has been an ultra-impressive winner in his two runs back. Steps up another notch here but he looks more than up to it. Big chance to bring up the hat-trick. EXCEEDINGLY HOT (6) didn't give his rivals a sniff last start at Albury when leading pillar-to-post. Drawn to advantage and gets in well again at the weights with the 2kg claimer sticking. Will take some reeling in for his rivals. FIFI BLUE (7) has become quite the bridesmaid of late. Clearly shoulders her share of ability and has to be included among the main hopes. BUFF MOBILE (11) was no match for Exceedingly Hot last start but now meets him 5kgs better. Keep safe at the big quote.
SELECTIONS: Adolphus to win again.

PAKENHAM SYNTHETIC: RACE 8 @ 4:00 PM

ABSOLUTE DEEL (7) has come back well, winning nicely first up at Sale with a strong run from the back before another sound effort at Pakenham in a Class 1, finishing second. Open to further improvement at just his sixth start, he'll be very hard to hold out. TYPHOON HARMONY (1) will find this easier than recent racing. He was fifth, beaten just 1.1 lengths in a Bm70 at Bendigo two back which reads very well. BRAZEN KINGDOM (3) remains a query at 1600m with 0 placings from 3 attempts, another miss last start at Pakenham. His best is definitely good enough, the last bit will be the issue. YOTOTSU (11) should find this a touch easier than recent runs and can improve. DISSELATION (9) won his maiden at $1.30 at Ballarat Synthetic last time and might be able to go on with it.
SELECTIONS: Absolute Deel to win.
