RACE 1 - 12:10PM Sportsbet Bet With Mates Colts, Geldings & Entires Maiden Plate (1050 METRES)

Bay Of Portland is a 2yo who drifted ($10-$18) on debut and was on speed and game when beaten a length behind Snore Room at Murray Bridge. He draws a good gate and should run well. TENTERK was beaten 1.6 lengths behind Duthy Street at Oakbank back in February and then game when beaten a nose by Revolution Belle here when three months between runs. He draws a nice gate and should take some beating. LORD VALEN has been placed at seven of nine starts, the latest at Gawler when beaten 4 lengths behind Covert Witness as a $2.30 chance after getting back and making good ground. He draws out but should be in the mix again. TERRITORIAN won a Gawler trial before he was $3.70 to $6 when beaten 6.4 lengths behind Snore Room at Murray Bridge on debut and gets the blinkers for the first time. ROB THE BANK was beaten 5.5 lengths behind Call To Command here on debut and trialled OK at Oakbank last week.

RACE 2 - 12:45PM Balaklava Cup 11th September Maiden Plate (1400 METRES)

Gold Spy has been placed at two of four starts and sat just behind a good speed, hit the lead before he was beaten a half-length behind Dolcemente at Murray Bridge last time. He draws a good barrier and looks a horse on the improve. DARK HELMET was OK making ground to be beaten 2.4 lengths in the same race. She looks a horse on the up. SWEETWILLHEBE is an Overshare 3yo on debut for the Clarken/O'Shea stable and has been to the trials four times, twice this campaign and he improved to win his latest at Oakbank last week when he was on speed. NURYS has made good ground his past couple and was slow to get into stride again when beaten 0.7 length behind Ponty Well at Strathalbyn. GOLDE 'N' FIRE was on speed when 4th in the same race, she's been solid in two SA runs and must be respected. DAD'S DREAM had specking, made some ground but peaked on his run at Casterton last time. SUPER INTELLIGENT was beaten 6.9 lengths behind Dolcemente at Murray Bridge, her first-up run in SA was OK and she can improve.

Splash Of White is a Highland Reel 2yo filly on debut for Matt Seyers who has trialled well running 2nd in her latest trial at Oakbank when showed speed from a wide gate and was narrowly beaten behind Madam Jeanette. She draws a nice barrier and looks a horse with some talent. LONGER ROUTE was runner-up at Murray Bridge on debut behind Think Tank back in September and was $3.40 into $3.20 when resuming beaten 5.4 lengths behind Nicish on the Parks. The third horse has come out and won at city level since, he gets the blinkers for the first time here. THINKINGNINTYNINE was $8 into $5 on debut when he was keen and caught wide when beaten 10 lengths behind Zarkana here on debut last December, he draws a good barrier and gets the blinkers on for the first time. TENNESSEE MAGGIE hasn't been far away and was placed at Strathalbyn two runs back beaten 1.8 lengths behind Absolute Stunner, she draws a good gate. MY CRACKLING can improve here from an inside gate.

RACE 4 - 1:55PM Bettabuilt Green Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (1050 METRES)

First Maid was solid on debut at Murray Bridge last September when she made good ground and was beaten 1.5 lengths behind the smart Aviatress. She trialled well for her return at Oakbank last week but does draw a wide gate. NY KEE is an interesting runner, a former NSW galloper first-up for the Richard and Chantelle Jolly stable. She has placed at three of her seven starts and was beaten 2.58 lengths behind Kirkuk at Hawkesbury last time out and looks the danger from an OK gate. BLANK VISAGE was sent out a $4 favourite when 6.2 lengths behind Hajra at Murray Bridge, the winner has come out and won since, she gets blinkers for the first time from a sticky gate. WADAANA draws out but has been placed at three of four starts the latest here behind Star Sirius and the stable is in red hot form. HYDROSPHERE is a 3yo Headwater filly on debut for the Koch stable and was 2nd in a Strathalbyn trial behind Doorbel. She draws the middle for Ben Price. ONEOFTHESENIGHTS has been placed at three of five starts, the latest at Murray Bridge behind Reine Of Nine two runs back. She draws out. QUINDIO is a 3yo Nicconi filly on debut for David Jolly who was well beaten behind Star Decorum in an Oakbank trial.

Ocean Blast is a former Victorian who was $151 into $101 winning at Murray Bridge at his local debut and then followed up with a good effort when he covered ground throughout and was beaten 4.9 lengths up in class behind Bulls On Parade there in Saturday grade last time. FREE VINO has been placed here and comes off a solid effort when runner-up behind Saddler's Song at Strathalbyn last week. Stablemate GARRIRE has been in the money at four of his six starts here, draws a good gate and gets in very well after the claim. KNICKPOINT comes off a 3rd behind Saddler's Song at Strathalbyn last week on the soft track and was finishing strongly, he was placed at Hawker at his previous.

RACE 6 - 3:05PM Taylors Wines Class One Handicap (1609 METRES)

Sir Reginald has been knocking on the door of the placegetters having finished 4th at his past two behind The Cassini at Murray Bridge before he was 2.1 lengths in 4th behind Ocean Blast last time out when he covered ground throughout. He draws a nice gate and had form behind Delightful Shecky and Episodic previously which is good for a race like this. FLYING ASSASSIN won a Port Lincoln maiden before running 2nd beaten 0.9 lengths behind Fourth Power at Gawler. His was a 4.5 length 8th behind Sioux Warrior in his latest and draws wide. Stablemate SHUT THE D'OR was a Bordertown winner two runs back and then OK beaten 3.6 lengths behind Burning Bright at Balaklava last time. DANORO PRINCE was a $21 chance when narrowly beaten behind Canidae at Strathalbyn last time and the jump from 1350m to 1609m looks ideal. Andrew Gluyas has two runners. MORTGAGE MAN was 3rd behind Battle Royale at Morphettville back in December and beaten 4.9 lengths behind Ocean Blast at Murray Bridge last time out while JUST JOKING was a winner here back in September at big odds and is better than last start when beaten a long way behind L'esperance Rock at Strathalbyn. SCAMSTER made ground when 5.5 lengths 2nd behind Fox Gem at Murray Bridge before he was beaten 9 lengths behind A Touch Frosty there last time.

RACE 7 - 3:40PM TQCSI Rating 0 - 58 Handicap (2212 METRES)

Punchin has been racing well and placed at both runs here. He was placed at the Parks three runs back and beaten 0.3 lengths here last time behind DINGABLEDINGA. They can both roll forward here and should be in the finish again. BUGATTI GOLD was OK when 3rd beaten 1.3 lengths in the same race last time, he gets in with no weight and looks big odds. CHARLESFORT has been placed at three of his last four the latest beaten 3.5 lengths behind Fizique at Strathalbyn. ROCKBARTON ROAD was OK when 2.8 lengths 3rd behind Monseagle at Strathalbyn and getting out in trip from an inside gate looks ideal. CAMPOBASSO is drawn out but was OK beaten 4.1 lengths behind Red Patrol at Mount Gambier last time and will enjoy some more give in the tracks.

RACE 8 - 4:15PM BMD Benchmark 56 Handicap (1050 METRES)

Lingani resumes here and looked a nice horse when she spaced rivals by 6.3 lengths at Kangaroo Island back in February before she was beaten 2.4 lengths behind Angelic Appeal on the Parks. She won a recent Oakbank trial and gets an inside barrier here. LAKE AGAWAM was a winner on the Parks track at Morphettville last October and resumed with an OK effort when beaten 3.5 lengths behind Storyteller there. He draws a nice gate and finds a suitable race. GILDED LADY was a Port Lincoln winner before a good effort when beaten 3.5 lengths in 2nd behind Startide at Murray Bridge last time out. Stablemate LUNAR SOLAR draws out but was a Hawker winner at her SA debut and must be respected. LANCELOTTO was on speed when beaten 6.4 lengths in the Startide race last time and been placed at three of five runs here. INTACTO won her maiden here in April, beating Talkin' Italian who has won twice since, and was placed here behind Trantoro last time and she should run well. BROADWAY LANE was on speed here two runs back when 3.7 lengths 4th behind Hooked On Wealth. His latest Horsham run was OK and he gets the claim from a good barrier.
